Ingredients:

  • 150g of grilled chicken breast
  • 100g of cooked quinoa
  • 50g of cherry tomatoes
  • 30g of cucumber
  • 20g of red bell pepper
  • 15g of feta cheese
  • 10g of olive oil
  • 10g of lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Prepare the quinoa according to package instructions and let it cool.
  • Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked, then slice it into strips.
