Ingredients:
- 150g of grilled chicken breast
- 100g of cooked quinoa
- 50g of cherry tomatoes
- 30g of cucumber
- 20g of red bell pepper
- 15g of feta cheese
- 10g of olive oil
- 10g of lemon juice
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Prepare the quinoa according to package instructions and let it cool.
- Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked, then slice it into strips.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red bell pepper.
- Add the grilled chicken on top of the salad mixture.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create a dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all the ingredients.
