- 200g lettuce
- 100g parmesan cheese
- 50g croutons
- 100g chicken breast
- 50g olive oil
- 30ml lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic
- according to salt
- black pepper
- 1 teaspoon mustard

Instructions:
- Boil the chicken and chop it.
- Clean the lettuce and chop it into large pieces.
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, grated garlic, mustard, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Place the lettuce and chopped chicken breast in a large salad bowl.
- Pour the sauce over it and mix well.
- Add the croutons and grated parmesan cheese, mix gently.
- Place the salad on a serving plate and sprinkle extra parmesan cheese on top.
