Ingredients:

  • 200g lettuce
  • 100g parmesan cheese
  • 50g croutons
  • 100g chicken breast
  • 50g olive oil
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • according to salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Kitchen Tools Needed:
  • salad bowl
  • knife
  • chopping board
  • whisk bowl
  • beater
  • serving plate

Instructions:

  • Boil the chicken and chop it.
  • Clean the lettuce and chop it into large pieces.
  • Mix olive oil, lemon juice, grated garlic, mustard, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • Place the lettuce and chopped chicken breast in a large salad bowl.
  • Pour the sauce over it and mix well.
  • Add the croutons and grated parmesan cheese, mix gently.
  • Place the salad on a serving plate and sprinkle extra parmesan cheese on top.
