Ingredients:
- 200g of broccoli
- 150g of bell peppers
- 100g of snap peas
- 100g of carrots
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the chopped broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots to the wok.
- Stir-fry the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
