Ingredients:
- 400g of ground chicken
- 50g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 30g of breadcrumbs
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 30ml of olive oil
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- mixing bowl
- frying pan
- meat thermometer
- spatula
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated parmesan cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 2.5 cm in diameter, and place them on a plate.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the meatballs to the pan, making sure not to overcrowd them.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally until all sides are golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- Remove the meatballs from the pan and let them rest for a minute before serving.
