Ingredients:

  • 400g of ground chicken
  • 50g of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 30g of breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 30ml of olive oil

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • mixing bowl
  • frying pan
  • meat thermometer
  • spatula

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated parmesan cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 2.5 cm in diameter, and place them on a plate.
  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the meatballs to the pan, making sure not to overcrowd them.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally until all sides are golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  • Remove the meatballs from the pan and let them rest for a minute before serving.
