Quick & Fluffy Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 150g of all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 large egg
- 200ml of milk
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Kitchen Tools Needed:

- Ladle

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
- Add the egg, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the mashed banana, and whisk until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined; do not overmix.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it if necessary.
- Using a ladle, pour the batter into the skillet, creating pancakes of your desired size.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Repeat until all batter is used, serving the pancakes warm.
