  • 1 ripe banana, mashed

  • 1 large egg
  • 200ml of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • Whisk
  • Non-stick skillet
  • Ladle

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
  • Add the egg, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the mashed banana, and whisk until well combined.
