Spicy Tomato and Onion Egg Wraps


Ingredients:

Chop 2 medium-sized tomatoes
Finely chop 1 medium-sized onion
2 eggs, large
1 tablespoon of ghee
100 g of whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon chicken masala-
Salt to taste.

Kitchen Tools Needed: 

Stove Top. 

Instructions

 
Put the ghee in the pan. 
Heat over medium heat. 
Then add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent. 
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until it softens. 
Add chicken - masala mix and salt well with the vegetables. 
Beaten the eggs in a bowl pour into the tomatoes and onion mixture in the pan. 
Scrambled cook until it's fully mixed with all the vegetables. 
Prepare dough in another pan from whole wheat flour and water then roll out to make thin wraps. 
Cook on a heated stovetop until they become light golden on both sides. 
Fill the wraps by putting the scrambled egg dish in the middle and rolling them.
