Soya Mixed Noodles


Ingredients:

  • 200g of noodles
  • 100g of soya chunks
  • 50g of bell peppers
  • 50g of carrots
  • 30g of green onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Wok
  • Spoon
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Measuring Cups

Instructions:

  • Boil water in a pot and cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Soak the soya chunks in hot water for about 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
  • In a wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the soaked soya chunks to the wok and stir-fry for a few minutes until they begin to golden brown.
  • Add sliced bell peppers and carrots, and continue to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.
  • Incorporate the cooked noodles into the wok and drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the mixture. Toss everything together until evenly combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle chopped green onions on top before serving.
